We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to cover a period of Recruitment in this busy gastropub. You will be working to 2AA Rosette standard and covering for the Head Chef on his days off. You must have a minimum of 18 months previous experience is a similar type of establishment. Working with fresh local produce, you will be passionate about cooking to a high standard. Own transport is advisable due to the location - you will be working split shifts 5 days per week.
