| The client: • A multi national petrochemical company in the North West is looking for an Expenses Administrator to join their team. Finance responsibilities: • Auditing of expenses and associated documentation in relation to the Online Expenses System • Developing customer relationships, with the team providing a Helpline support for over 1,900 company cardholders • Inputting of manual expense claim forms to weekly deadlines onto the SAP system • In conjunction with Taxation, Financial Controls and HMRC, ensuring VAT and audit compliance for all the payment and expenses systems • Reducing the company’s exposure to penalties under current VAT and PAYE legislation You will have: • Previous experience in Expense related activities with a good knowledge of expense concepts and procedures • A good understanding of VAT and PAYE • An excellent telephone manner and be a team worker with good interpersonal skills • Ideally SAP experience If you believe that you would be suitable for the role then please forward your CV immediately to manchester@venngroup.com to avoid disappointment.
