Electrical Manager for Reactive Maintenance

The Company Requiring the Electrical Manager for Building and Maintenance.

Our client is a regionalised building and maintenance contractor operating throughout the whole North East region, with office in the North West.

With a current turnover of £30M per annum this business are striving to grow the company to £50M within 3 years. With new and existing contracts ongoing you will find yourself being very busy indeed.

The role of the Electrical Manager

Working under the guidance of the Director you will take full control and autonomy over each and every contract currently ongoing. You will have gangs of qualified electricians on each contract of which you will keep a close eye on to make sure the contracts are moving to programme.

Typically the business are involved with Commercial, Industrial and Education and refurbishments contracts ranging in value from £5K through to £120k.

You will be required to report back to Head Office in weekly meetings keeping the Director completely up to date with the progress of each project.

Benefits & Advantages for Electrical Manager

Our client are negotiable regarding the salary however they are looking to pay around £32K - £34K plus either a company car or £5K car allowance, holiday entitlement, etc.
