Full Description:
You will be required to take customer drawings/samples and program for punching/laser and bending machines to produce same and aid customers in design choices.

Your key responsibilities will be:

To create programs for machines from drawings and samples using 'Radan' software, Solidworks and bend cam.

To complete programs to deadlines as agreed with your manager/customer

To follow any on-going project to completion and liaise with colleagues to ensure prototypes/samples are dispatched on time

To create (where required) and maintain filing systems containing drawings and controlling drawing register and sample register in accordance with ISO9002 procedures.

To ensure the most efficient sheet sizes and patterns are used to aid production and pricing departments.

To help with other miscellaneous jobs as and when required
