| Telesales Team Leader, £17k base with 35k OTE! North Lancashire This role will see the right person motivating and leading a team of Telesales Executives, ensuring appointment targets are exceeded for the team as a whole whilst sourcing leads, making outbound calls and arranging appointments for Senior Sales Consultants to visit companies looking to develop their online marketing activities with us. Target minded and willing to learn with an organised, driven and motivated attitude, this role will suit an individual confident in working within a sales environment and with leadership qualities, looking for a role that will reward hard work and success. The role requires someone with a conscientious approach, and the initiative and confidence to manage their responsibilities and time effectively, to think creatively about solutions to problems and challenges, and to become an integral member of a close-knit team. The will to self progress and over achieve are key factors in deciding the right candidate. Roles, Responsibilities and Major Activities Effectively lead the telesales team on a day to day basis, ensuring targets are met, and motivation is maintained. Develop methods to extract the best from the team, whilst liaising with other departments to ensure up to date knowledge of products and services offered. Maximising the usage of any supplied data and the self-generation of leads to target with our clients products and services. Confidently and efficiently calling potential clients to introduce web products and services and their benefit to the overall marketing mix with the view to arrange for a Senior Marketing Consultant to attend an appointment. Providing potential clients with full marketing documentation detailing the products, benefits and prices. Updating the Company CRM system to show a visible audit trail of potential client activity. Exceeding targets set within the defined commission period. Taking information and feedback from team members and developing to ensure the needs and requirements of the team are met for optimum efficiency. Working closely with clients and colleagues on Market Strategies and Product Development Projects Ensuring that Company working policies, standards and procedures are followed at all times. Show dedication to training and development To demonstrate self-motivation and willingness for personal development above and beyond normal expectations. To adopt safe working practices at all times. Any other duties that the management may reasonably require from time to time. Background and Experience Previous success and experience in a sales leadership role Proven experience of working to specific targets and tight deadlines Experience of working within a customer orientated environment Skills and Behaviours Highly motivated and outgoing sales driven individual Natural Leader Excellent knowledge of required sales processes, online systems and orders Excellent presentation & communication skills, both oral and written Proven planning and organisation skills Excellent customer service and administration skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent keyboard skills An understanding of Web Marketing and the Internet Ability to be flexible in approach to work Ability to travel as and when required by work Candidates could be based in area’s such as Lancaster, Morecambe, Kendal, Chorley, Preston, Skipton (Yorkshire) or Blackburn.
