Full Description:
Our client based in Altham is a national wholesaler and distributor of furniture and gifts to trade customers. As sales coordinator you will be responsible for dealing with your own allocation of clients and the management of their account. This will involve the organisation of weekly deliveries to your customers and all related administration. This busy and varied role will consist of :

Order processing
Invoicing
Customer queries
Maximising sales
Answering incoming calls
Liaising with the Warehouse & Transport departments plus additional administrative duties.

You will be a positive, flexible team player with excellent organisational and communication skills.

This position requires the candidate to have experience of working in a fast paced customer service/sales environment and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines is essential; as is a polite telephone manner, good keyboard skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office. Sage line 100 knowledge advantageous.
