Full Description:
Our client requires a Billing Support Advisor.

Main duties will include keeping in contact with all customers ensuring queries are resolved quickly and efficiently, updating customer details on the system, keeping accurate records of all customers.

You must be computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Word and be confident dealing with customers via the telephone.

Working hours are 8.30am- 5.30pm Monday – Friday with one hour for lunch.

The starting salary is £12,500 - £13,500. This is a permanent role.
