Sous Chef
This is a very busy restaurant serving fresh home cooked food to a wide range of guesses. A privately owned restaurant with an excellent local reputation. Using fresh local produce.
We need someone who is a positive well balanced and professional chef. The client is serving fine dine food in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere we are looking for someone with a fine dine back ground but can also be comfortable with banqueting for up to 200 and the maturity to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly in the absence of the Head Chef.
You will need to be able to help produce menus, order stock and train some of the young chefs.
Salary is negotiable deepening on experience
Location Preston
