Chef De Partie


This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a large hotel chain along side an experienced and dedicated team of professionals. This is a 100 bedroom Hotel and has a banqueting facility up to 150.

Mainly catering for the Restaurant but also involved in Weddings, Banquets, Conferences and buffets. Helping supervise the young members of the team and generate new menus is part of this role.
You will receive excellent training and the opportunity to move up with in one of the best companies. Learning skills which will only benefit you in the future.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar busy environment and have the willingness to learn and grow with the company.
