Conference and Banqueting Manager-Immediate Start!!

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful country Hotel.
The client requires a confident and quality C&B Manager who will take charge of all banqueting and conference.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of Weddings, Christmas functions and conferences with the support of the Restaurant Manager including meeting with guest prior to day and then being there on the day.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role in a quality establishment and have a professional attitude to the role.

You will have the ability to organise yourself and your staff. Take charge of each event and make sure all service requirments are met.
