Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a confident and highly professional to work along side the Restaurant Manager in this very busy award winning Restaurant.

You will be deputising for the Manager in there absence taking charge and delegating to other staff members. You will have several years training and may be looking for your first managerial position. Customer service will be very high on your agenda and a sound knowledge of wines.
You will have worked in a quality Restaurant and benefited from first class training.
