Full Description:
We are looking for experienced Relief Hotel Operations Managers who can assist our Nationwide clients, mainly in the 4 Star Hotel market. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the hotel. Duties will include dealing with staff, rotas, training, liaising with Heads of Departments to ensure smooth running of all departments and to provide guest satisfaction.

You must have a minimum of 18 months previous experience as an Operations Manager in a 4 Star hotel, ideally with strong Food & Beverage skills, together with a positive and outgoing attitude.

Complimentary live-in accommodation can be provided and travel expenses will be reimbursed on completion of the booking.
