Full Description:

Our Client a Integrated Technologies specialist in design, installation and maintenance of high quality, powerful electronic systems for sites and establishments where the highest levels of protection are required and where success is based on innovation and development driven by leading technology.

Due to the huge growth plans within the business they are now looking to recruit a Senior Quality Administrator to provide a key specialist senior administration role to the Quality Assurance department.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Quality dept receptionist/calls & messages taken/transferred
* Maintain unique electronic QA software 'drive' information
* Receive calls, handle, log & process customer complaints
* Internal Auditor paperwork processing/filing as required
* Upkeep and format of QA & Business Practices sections of Company intranet including the many & varied parts contained within
* Process & issue new company procedures & amendments
* Subcontractor application logging
* Order/process/log required items for department
* General administration/office functions including contacting contractors/suppliers for office related requirements, meeting arrangements, typing of letters/reports etc, filing, photocopying, e-mails/facsimiles, holiday planner, diaries, travel, purchasing for office and keeping logs
* Specialist standards/specifications purchase/receipt/controlled issue internally
* Compilation & generation of charts, graphs & other statistical data for meetings
* Assisting in ethics/business practices requirements
* Archiving
* After an implementation period supervisor to Quality Administrator


NUMBER OF DIRECT REPORTS
Quality Administrator - after training and becoming familiar with SQA role
QUALIFICATIONS
* Previous administration & supervisory experience essential
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Professional Software including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, FrontPage & HTML, Adobe Acrobat
* Familiarity with general office equipment - scanners, faxes, photocopiers, printers & Intranet based systems/Internet advantageous
* Previous experience of a Quality Department environment & function beneficial
* Experience in dealing with a variety of people internal & external to Company by telephone & in person if necessary

* Conscientious, enthusiastic, numerate, quick to learn, self motivated, good time management
* Relaxed with multi-tasking & deadlines
* Capable of good clear thinking & focusing on obtaining/achieving the aims of the task
* Confident professional telephone manner including dealing with customers with complaints
* Able to work on own initiative, but be comfortable working within a small team
* Able to train, motivate & monitor progress of others
