Managing QS urgently sought for building contractor, West Yorkshire based.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for their next step up on the career ladder or a Managing QS looking to work for one of the UK's leading contractors.

Working for private and public sector clients, projects range from commercial, student accommodation, Hotels and retail. Typical project values vary from £3m up to £20million.

In order to be eligible for this position:
- Ideally have 10years post-qualification experience or equivalent.
- Have a strong proven track record with main contracting experience.
- You will be more than competent in running projects, costing, final accounts and running a team.
- You will be effective at managing and leading a team of Surveyors

All of this hard work will be rewarded by a basic salary £50-55K + excellent benefits.
