My client is one of the UK's leading providers of infrastructure and utility services, not only are they a FTSE-250 company but also have an order book of £1.9billion.

Health & Safety Manager

You will be brought on board to set strategic direction, inspire and motivate compliance on Health & Safety Legislation, Policies and Procedures
Contribute to the formulation and execution of Strategy and Business Plans
To provide professional support and advice to the Power Executive Team, EA on health and safety and compliance with company policy and client arrangements
To enable and assure by establishing a compliance and governance framework supported with practical auditing, compliance with Health and Safety policies and legislation

Skills & Knowledge

You will be able to liaise effectively with clients and regulatory bodies regarding all health, safety and environmental matters, you should be target oriented, NEBOSH qualified and working towards corporate membership of IOSH.

Experience

Ideally with extensive experience within the utilities/civil engineering industry and sound environmental awareness, if you have good IT, analytical and communication skills along with a full clean driving license.
