QUANTITY SURVEYOR - CONSTRUCTION - LANCASHIRE

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and professionally qualified Quantity Surveyor to work from the offices in Oldham, Lancashire.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have experience in aspects of the financial control of industrial, retail and commercial projects up to £2M in value. The company specialises in dry lining, plastering, render systems, SFS, joinery and ceilings. The company has a reliable and regular source of work which includes schools, hospitals and offices.

The appointed Quantity Surveyor will be given a highly competitive package, with a negotiable salary dependant on experience, and all levels of experience and qualification will be considered.
