| Salary: £15,050 + £3,000 bonus Start Date: 9th June 2008 On average, every single day we open another brand new Carphone Warehouse store somewhere in Europe! With this phenomenal level of expansion, we currently have opportunities for customer-focused advisors to support the chain of stores in the UK, the teams in them and most importantly their customers. The role involves answering calls dealing with customer queries, resolving problems, and providing advice on a range of products and services that we offer. These not only include mobile phones but also a wide range of accessories and other products (such as mp3 and Sat Nav systems) that our stores deal with. Additionally, you will also take calls from customer who have visited or purchased from a store with similarly product related queries. Often you will deal with in depth and often complicated queries and be able to think on your feet at all times to respond to the ever changing demands from one call to the next. To take advantage of this real opportunity, you'll need to match our total dedication to customer experience. In our friendly and vibrant contact centres, you'll do all you can to resolve customers queries over the phone providing a world-class service. The experience requirements above are provided for guidance purposes, however we would welcome applications from candidates with more or less relevant experience who can demonstrate their suitability for the role. Hours: 40 hours per week. We are operational Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 8pm, Sunday 10am - 5pm. Some weekend work will be included. To apply please click the apply button below.
