| Salary: £13,999 + £3,000 bonus Start Date: 19th May 2008 Due to our continued success and expansion we currently have fantastic opportunities for customer-focused advisors based in our vibrant contact centre in Preston. The role involves answering calls predominantly from our existing customer base. You will deal with customer queries, resolving problems and providing impartial advice on our ever-growing product range and services. Additionally, you will take calls from customer’s who have visited or purchased from our stores with similarly related product queries. No call is ever the same so you would be expected to possess excellent communication and listening skills, the ability to take ownership of a customer’s query and most importantly the ability to offer world-class customer service on every call.
