| Tulketh Mill, Preston Often cited as the most stressful thing you'll ever do, moving house is rarely a fun experience. Moving our customers TalkTalk landline and broadband services therefore needs to be an exception to this rule, being an efficient and stress free process: that's where you come in! Owing to the phenomenal growth in the TalkTalk business, we now have opportunities for customer-focused individuals to make a real difference to our customers’ home moving experience. With proven written and verbal communication skills, you'll liaise with numerous internal departments to ensure the smooth transition of customer accounts. You'll keep the customer updated and ensure that all queries and issues are dealt with in a timely, efficient and professional manner. Finally, you'll naturally proactively look to improve and identify further opportunities to increase customer satisfaction to aid customer retention. We are looking for advisors who excel in providing outstanding customer service, with the ability to build rapport with customers and exceed their expectations. All you need is excellent written and verbal communication skills. Unlike other Customer Service roles you'll have time offline to complete various workflow tasks. Start Date: 21st April |
