Working in our contact centres, you will be passionate about delivering a world class customer experience to each and every customer. Due to the continued huge success of the Carphone Warehouse we are recruiting for our Customer Loyalty Retention team. The primary focus of the role is to retain our mobile phone customers business by upgrading their contracts and selling CPW products and services that meet their needs. On joining the Company you will receive 4 weeks training. You'll take inbound calls from customers and will use your skills and abilities to retain their custom by offering some truly fantastic incentives. Your basic salary will be topped up with uncapped bonuses paid based entirely on your performance. We also offer other great incentives such as fully expensed activity holidays overseas! The role will suit a target driven individual with a motivation for sales and a strong emphasis on delighting the customer. We make no false claims, it is hard work but in return we offer an excellent OTE with uncapped commission and a friendly, fun working environment. The experience requirements above are provided for guidance purposes, however we would welcome applications from candidates with more or less relevant experience who can demonstrate their suitability for the role. Full time hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am till 8pm, Sat 9am till 6pm, & Sun 10am till 5pm. Working some weekends. Start Date: 2nd June '08 |
