Full Description:
Our blue chip client requires an HR Consultant to join their expanding team.



The key objectives of the role involve providing an effective HR service to a number of high profile clients; including effective learning and development interventions and relevant advice, support and guidance on a full range of L&D issues.



Working within the Learning & Development Team you will be providing advice, guidance and support on the full range of learning & development activities including the design and development of learning activities.



Day to day tasks involve;

Delivery of learning interventions
Review and evaluation of learning activities
Commissioning and contracting of external/additional training providers to meet client needs
Development of Assessment Centres


You will be expected to maintain up to date knowledge of new employment legislation, government policy, employment case law and best employment practice.



To be considered you must have evidence of continuing Professional Development in HR field i.e. Certificate in Learning & Development, CIPD (or working towards) or NVQ Assessor/Verifier award.



Experience is required of designing learning and development interventions, delivering learning and development activities and the ability to undertake training needs, analysis and formulate learning and development plans.
