| My client, a Nationwide Social Housing developer has an urgent requirement for a Business Co-ordinator to join their busy team to control the provision of Business planning and support to the Business Directors and upper management team. Reporting directly to the Directors and encompassing involvement with routine, project and development activities, the successful candidate's principle role will include: 15% Providing PA support to the Directors Coordinating regional reporting to ensure that each branch/function reports timely and accurately, in accordance with agreed timetables and requirements Organising & facilitating Regional meetings as determined by the Directors Assisting in the design/delivery of projects as identified by the Directors Ensuring all financial duties are undertaken with a high level of accuracy and care in total compliance with operating instructions, to maximize profitability and minimize wastage. The successful candidate will be educated, preferably, to degree level and have ECDL qualification with experience of working with computerized systems, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably MS Project. They will also have experience of working to deadlines in a busy office environment. Must be diligent, have a keen eye for detail and be an excellent communicator. A knowledge of construction would be an advantage as would previous supervisory experience.
