| Due to continued expansion our award winning manufacturer requires a sales administrator to join their sales office. Your key objective will to administer sales orders and enquiries as well as providing customer service support. This is a genuinely varied role, incorporating both administration and resolution of customer queries. From order placement you will ensure that prices, carriage charges, delivery addresses and order references are correct. In addition you will be responsible for monitoring the sales representatives’ commission structures etc. You will liaise heavily with internal departments to ensure the regular monitoring to ensure that stocks are received in on time to meet the available date promised to the customer. You will be responsible for informing customers promptly of any delays or problems arising during the course of the order. To be considered you possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to multi task and prioritise heavy workload. You must have strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, email and internet applications. Hours of Work: 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Please send CV for immediate consideration. |
