The Company Quantity Surveyor - Lancaster!!!!!!!

Our client is a Lancaster based regional contractor who tender and win a vast majority of their work around the Lancaster region. With a company turnover of close to £20M and employing directly over 150 people throughout this business are extremely busy.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor - Lancaster!!!!!!!

You will be working alongside fellow surveyors managing your own project from inception to completion. With this in mind you must be comfortable with managing your own workload at all times.

Typically the right candidates will have either a civil engineering or construction background but you must have worked on new build and refurbishment contracts.

The company in question are involved with works ranging from school refurbishments, university extensions and refurbishments, residential apartments and health care centres.
