The Company Civil Engineering QS - Lancaster

Due to new tenders recently won our client are now in a position to strengthen their commercial team with the valued addition of a Quantity Surveyor. Our client is famed for working on all types of civil engineering projects up to the value and including of £5M per project.

The role of the Civil Engineering QS - Lancaster

The right candidate right for the post will ideally have a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying, plus will have several years of experience at Assistant level and now at Intermediate.

You will be running either one large project or several smaller projects. You must have worked on civil engineering projects up to and including the values of £5M per annum with various duties including tenders, preparation of bills of quantities, valuations and variations plus sub contract payments.

Our client are relatively negotiable regarding salary and will pay up to £36K plus package for the right level of candidate.
