Full Description:

Southport based claims management company, is looking to appoint a number of Claims Assistants to deal with the customers at the first point of contact. Reporting into a manager, the role will involve dealing with incoming calls from claimants, accurately transfer information onto a data base, offer guidance to the caller, ie replacement vehicle provision, and liase with third parties and insurance companies, Provid updates, Reporting new claims to brokers and insurers, and setting up and servicing of new claims and maintaining the departments protocols.

You must have 12 months with a motor background.
