Job Description
This 50 bedded nursing home requires a Home Manager in Lancashire for their Grade 2 listed building which is set in 5 acres of land. You will either hold or working towards your RMA. This is a full time post and you will be a RGN or RMN with extensive general nursing experience. This group has high standards of care and expects the same from its Management team.The Home Manager has overall responsibility for the management of the home in line with the Company\'s aims and objectives. Although specific responsibilities are delegated to the Deputy Home Manager/Head of Care, Chef and Care Team Managers, the Home Manager is accountable to the Care Services Manager for standards of care practice, catering and domestic services, staff and financial management, and the management and day to day maintenance of the building.All qualified applicants with current entitlement to work in the UK (including for example HSMP visas) are welcome.
