Deputy Manager - Preston - up to £28,000 Our client, a leading national healthcare provider, is looking to recruit a Deputy Manager for a home in Preston. The site caters for adults with physical disabilities and has 27 beds. Our client is looking for someone who is a qualified nurse who is passionate about providing a high standard of care to service users. The home is currently implementing a planned program of changes and needs someone who is a strong character who has excellent skills in motivating and training people. The role represents a challenging but exciting career opportunity!To apply you should be a Registered Nurse with strong experience in care or a support role. You will be qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Care and will have good IT skills.
