Lead Nurse - £29 - 30,000 - ChesterAre you a Senior Nurse who is looking for a new challenge? Our client is looking to recruit a Lead Nurse at a specialist purpose built rehabilitation unit in Chester which provide accommodation and rehabilitation facilities to meet the needs of individuals with physical disabilities and/or sensory or cognitive impairments. The role will involve taking responsibility for managing the team of nurses on site. You will be responsible for the professional development of staff and will be motivating the team to help acheive positive patient outcomes.To apply for this position should have at least five years post qualification experience. Experience in working with patients with neuro disabilities would be an advantage, but is not essential.
