We are looking for customer service agents to fill temporary, full time positions. We need candidates to be flexible to work between the hours of 9am and 9pm.
Your job will involve taking inbound calls from customers regarding home insurance claims. You will deal with their queries and use problem solving to manage any emergencies. You will organize appropriate maintenance and repair work, and follow up with your customers to ensure 100% satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role, great problem solving skills, empathy, and the ability to work as part of a team. You need to be flexible and willing to learn.
