Our client, a national manufacturing company is looking to recruit a proactive, confident and efficient HR Administrator. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all personnel issues in the company including recruitment, induction, appraisals and organising training courses for staff, payroll admin, uniforms, managing disciplinary action etc, managing the computer and phone system including company mobiles, Health and Safety administration together with PA support to the Managing Director. This varied and challenging role will need a flexible candidate who can work well on their own initiative and also as part of a team. In addition, a strong disposition, corporate outlook and professional telephone manner together with the ability to demonstrate excellent communication, IT, organisation and interpersonal skills are essential.
