Role Description: Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager in P&C you will be part of a ‘hands on team’. You will have a specific role in managing and driving businesses forward which regularly take in excess of £1 million.
We have a proven track record of developing and promoting our assistants into their own businesses. Over 50% of our restaurants are managed by former second line managers.
